To offer you peace of mind when booking with us, Viva Velo is member of The Travel Vault which provides financial failure insurance to cover any deposit or balance paid to us in the highly unlikely event of the company failing.
Realcom Ltd T/A Viva Velo Cycle Tours & Events
is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ''The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018'' all passengers booking with Realcom Ltd T/as Viva Velo Cycle Tours & Events are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form.
The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Realcom Ltd T/as Viva Velo Cycle Tours & Events. This insurance has been arranged by The Travel Vault in conjunction with Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC.
In the unlikely event of Insolvency, you must Inform Towergate Travel immediately on +44 (0) 1932 334140 or by email at tcs@towergate.co.uk. Please ensure you retain the booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value.
NB: This policy is NOT a replacement for your own holiday insurance which you must have to comply with Viva Velo’s Booking Terms and Conditions. It will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond. It does not cover flights booked independently
